I’m writing to commend your employee, Josh for his excellent and professional services. He certainly is a wonderful representative of your company. He covered his shoes upon entering the house (which is completely carpeted). Next, he made sure the bathroom floor was adequately covered. He reviewed my problem and then started his repair work.

A decision was made to replace the toilet but I was concerned that a new one would not adequately cover my new carpet. Josh took measurements and because it was so close, he returned with two toilet receptacles so that I would be assured the carpet was covered. He made the right decision because one receptacle did not quite cover the opening left my original toilet.

I sincerely appreciate the effort he took to satisfy my concerns. In my opinion he went the extra mile to satisfy his customer- something many don’t bother to do these days.

A few days later, I had another problem requiring a plumber and, because of my first experience with Josh, I chose to call your company again. I believe you have a top rated service…Incidentally I was a Manager at a Medical Center for years and feel I am qualified to recognize quality when I see it.

Dear ASAP,

In September we contracted with ASAP for a new heating and air conditioning system in addition to other upgrades. We were very pleased with the professionalism of one of your employees. For almost two weeks he made sure all the equipment going in and out of the house did not ruin anything. In addition, the basement was swept clean and the units adjusted to working conditions. Your employee was always polite, caring and on time. He informed us of what was happening and even redid all the ductwork again when originally the new furnace was placed on the ground and not lifted up. We were surprised at that since ASAP has always been familiar with our house and the area.

You are lucky to have such a wonderful employee who takes his job seriously. We enjoyed working with him and felt confident in his work. The system is still new to us so I am sure at some point we may call for a lesson!
